What curriculum do you follow?
I use a flexible curriculum because it can be adapted to the students’ needs, it is also based on the Communicative approach and its aim is to develop the four abilities : Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking.
How do you plan lessons?
My lessons are planned according to my students’ level, needs and goals. All my lessons have a motivation, introduction a guided practice , a free practice and a conclusion or metacognition.
How do you measure progress?
I like using a formative evaluation in which I can see my students ‘ progress during all the lessons using an observation guide and also a formal evaluation like an assessment depending on the students’ goals.
What materials/tools do you use?
I like planning my lessons using PPT or Canva, I also use other tools to reinforce like learning apps, educaplay, liveworksheets,H5P.
How can you help students with their long-term goals?
To help students achieve their goals, I like to give them extra material or homework, so they can continue studying when we are not in the class.

What happens when you book a lesson?
You select a date and time that works for you on the tutor’s individual calendars on their profile page. You can do one of the following:
- Book a FREE 20-minute Discovery Call (Chat about your goals & meet your tutor before booking!).
- Book a 30-minute class – price varies per tutor.
- Book a paid 1-hour class – price varies per tutor.
How long are the lessons?
Our lessons are 30 or 60 minutes, but you can book for a longer time if you desire. Or book lessons in bulk for a discounted price once you find a tutor you’re comfortable with. The discounts are on each tutor’s page.
What are you going to learn in each lesson?
The lesson plan is designed according to your needs. Do you need to learn more past or future tense? Help with your pronunciation? Are you looking to become more fluent and confident in your words? All is possible with our tutors, some of whom have been teaching Spanish for over 20 years.
Why should you book a lesson?
You won’t get the same level of service at a large tutoring company. We are a small & dedicated team of tutors and admin support who are here to help you learn Spanish.
