Training formats and pricing
Most teams start with live group lessons
Learners can practice between classes with our construction English self-study course for jobsite basics, and anyone who needs extra help can add 1-on-1 sessions. A self-study track built for your industry is available on request. It takes time to build and may cost extra, so we give you the timeline and price up front, in your proposal. Programs run 30 or 52 lesson hours per level, Basic (A0 to A2) or Intermediate (A2 to B1). Lessons are recorded and scheduled around your shifts.

We pick the right tutors for your team
Your crews don't have to search or choose. We assign bilingual tutors who fit your industry, each person's level and your team's schedule, early mornings and weekends included.
Bilingual and qualified
Every tutor is bilingual and certified to teach, so beginners get explanations in Spanish when they need them.
Native Spanish speakers who teach English
Our tutors are certified to teach English and explain in Spanish when a beginner gets stuck, so nobody gets lost in the first weeks.
Matched and managed by us
We assign each group its tutor, and add 1-on-1 sessions for anyone who falls behind on the quizzes.

Questions from environmental companies
Who is this training for?
Spanish-speaking field crews, technicians and crew leads in remediation, waste management, water and wastewater, landscaping and other environmental work.
Is there a ready-made self-study course for our industry?
Not yet. Our finished self-study courses cover general Spanish (Intermediate B1 and verb conjugation), construction (Spanish and English), electrical work, water and sewer inspection, drywall, landscaping, and healthcare (patient intake and vital signs). Teams in other industries start with live group classes built around their work, our construction English self-study course for jobsite basics, and vocab sheets made from their own material. We can also build a self-study track for your industry. It takes time to build and may cost extra, so we give you the timeline and price up front, in your proposal.
Can you add our own procedures?
Yes. We can turn your site safety plans, SOPs and field forms into English vocab sheets and lessons, or build a custom module that you keep, quoted separately.
Do workers need any English to start?
No. Group lessons start from zero, with explanations in Spanish when a beginner gets stuck. A 1-on-1 assessment puts each person in the right group, and people who already know some English skip ahead.
When do classes happen?
Whenever suits the crew: early mornings, evenings or weekends. Most teams start with group lessons once or twice a week. Each lesson is 60 minutes and can be stretched to 90.
How will managers know how it's going?
Every lesson is recorded. You get weekly attendance reports and a monthly update on each person's progress and test scores.
Do participants get a certificate?
Yes. Everyone who completes a self-study or tutor-led course receives a certificate of completion.
