Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel a Booking Service, you are required to provide a minimum notice of 4 hours before the scheduled lesson time. Failure to do so may result in the following consequences:

• Lesson Pre-Arranged: If the lesson has been pre-arranged with a specific instructor, and you cancel within the 4-hour window, no refunds or money back will be provided. This is because the instructor has already reserved their time specifically for your lesson, and late cancellations prevent them from scheduling other appointments during that time.
• Lesson Availability: In case the booking was not instructor-specific, Lingua Linkup will endeavor to reschedule the lesson at a mutually convenient time. However, refunds or money back will not be issued for cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled lesson.

Refunds for services provided through Lingua Linkup are subject to our refund policy. The refund policy outlines the conditions and criteria for eligibility and the process to request a refund. Please refer to the refund policy, which is incorporated by reference into these terms and conditions.

Credits: Lingua Linkup may offer credits that can be used towards future purchases or services on our platform. These credits hold no cash value and can only be applied as specified by Lingua Linkup. Credits are provided as a full refund minus transaction costs incurred by Lingua Linkup to accept the original payment. These credits can be used for future bookings on the platform.
