Our certified teachers & tutors are native English speakers who will train English to your team. We figure out what level of English your employees have, and create a training program around them.
Our Call Centers English Course
We have a 52-hour English language course for Call Centers that you can use. But we can also customize a course for your company that focuses on your services and industry. You will own the course after we create it and can use it internally as well.
Self-Study Courses, Group Classes & Individual Tutoring
We offer courses for self-study, as well as tutor-guided group and individual classes. This way, your staff have a strong mix of learning, and we manage to keep the costs low for your organization.
Testing & Evaluation
We use periodic testing and quizzing to know where your employees stand in their language learning journey. Then, when we find people slipping behind, we assign a few one-on-one classes with a tutor to give them an individualized approach.

How long does each training program last?
The duration of our training programs varies depending on your needs, and your managers or staff level. You can have monthly, quarterly and annually subscription programs custom-made for you. Each course level is 52 hours, and we offer Basic, Basic+, Intermediate, Intermediate+, Advanced, and Advanced+ courses.
Are there any prerequisites for joining the program?
There are no specific prerequisites. Our programs cater to various levels of English proficiency, from beginners to advanced learners.
How are the classes conducted?
All employees will have a login on https://training.lingualinkup.com/ and then they will do classes online with their assigned tutor. That is for the group or 1-on-1 lessons. Then for the self-study courses we offer, they will use the same login, and complete the course online in their own time. We can also add in material from your training library to enhance your course.
What is the curriculum for the English training for call centers?

What is the class size for group training?
Our group classes are better with groups from 2 to 6 students.
How to get started?
Getting started is easy! Click on Book a Demo to book a free demo with us. Our team will confirm the time for the demo, and then present specific costs and program details that match your needs.
How long is each group or private lesson?
Each lesson is 60 minutes, but we can extend it to 90 minutes if you would like. Completely able to customize it as you wish.
How many times per week do lessons take place?
We typically just start everyone off in group lessons, once or twice per week (or offer two times of the week for people to join, in case they miss the first one). The lesson can be on the weekends or weekdays, morning or evenings. Anytime that is convenient for the team.
Do you have progress updates or meetings? How will management know what’s going on in the lessons?
Yup, all lessons are recorded in our platform, and you and the students can access them anytime. We also do periodic updates for you once per month on the employee’s progress and test scores. We also send over weekly attendance reports.
How will we be billed?
Once per month, only for lessons scheduled by the students. We bill at the end of Month 1 that you start for the previous month, and then billing is done monthly after that. All contracts are month to month. And you only pay for lessons scheduled. So if your lessons go up or down, we will adjust the billing to match what you are scheduling each week/month.
What if an employee misses a lesson?
No problem! All our lessons are recorded and available on our platform for review. Employees can catch up on any missed lessons at their convenience. We also offer flexible scheduling options to ensure everyone can attend.
What technology or tools do participants need for the lessons?
Participants will need a computer or mobile device with internet access. We use a user-friendly online platform for all lessons, recordings, and resources, ensuring easy access and a seamless learning experience. Both our tutor-led and self-study courses are able to be done on a mobile phone, so there is no issue on accessibility.
