Training formats and pricing
Most teams start with live group lessons
Learners can practice between classes with our general Spanish self-study courses (Intermediate B1 and verb conjugation), and anyone who needs extra help can add 1-on-1 sessions. A self-study track built for your industry is available on request. It takes time to build and may cost extra, so we give you the timeline and price up front, in your proposal. Programs run 30 or 52 lesson hours per level, Basic (A0 to A2) or Intermediate (A2 to B1). Lessons are recorded and scheduled around your shifts.

We pick the right tutors for your team
Your social workers and case managers don't have to search or choose. We assign tutors who fit your industry, your team's levels and your schedule, around home visits and court dates. You can also pre-select tutors.
Bilingual and qualified
Every tutor is bilingual and certified to teach, so beginners get explanations in English when they need them.
Built around case work
Lessons use real situations from case work plus your own material, so practice time goes into the Spanish your social workers and case managers need every day.
Matched and managed by us
We assign each group its tutor, and add 1-on-1 sessions for anyone who falls behind on the quizzes.

Questions about Spanish for social workers
Who is this course for?
Social workers, case managers, intake staff, family advocates and community health workers at agencies, nonprofits, hospitals and schools who work with Spanish-speaking clients.
Is there a ready-made self-study course for our industry?
Not yet. Our finished self-study courses cover general Spanish (Intermediate B1 and verb conjugation), construction (Spanish and English), electrical work, water and sewer inspection, drywall, landscaping, and healthcare (patient intake and vital signs). Teams in other industries start with live group classes built around their work, our general Spanish self-study courses (Intermediate B1 and verb conjugation), and vocab sheets made from their own material. We can also build a self-study track for your industry. It takes time to build and may cost extra, so we give you the timeline and price up front, in your proposal.
Is the course online?
Yes. Group classes are live online with a bilingual tutor, and the self-study course works on any phone or computer, so staff can practice between visits.
Does it replace an interpreter?
No. The course helps staff build rapport and handle routine conversations in Spanish. For assessments, legal rights, consent and safety concerns, keep using a qualified interpreter.
Can you add our own forms and procedures?
Yes. We can turn your intake forms, letters and case procedures into Spanish vocab sheets and lessons.
Do staff need any Spanish to start?
No. Group programs run from Basic to Advanced, and a 1-on-1 assessment puts each person in the right group. Each level is 52 lesson hours.
When do classes happen?
Whenever suits your team: mornings, lunch breaks or evenings. Most teams start with group lessons once or twice a week. Each lesson is 60 minutes and can be stretched to 90.
How will managers know how it's going?
Every lesson is recorded. You get weekly attendance reports and a monthly update on each person's progress and test scores.
Do participants get a certificate?
Yes. Everyone who completes a self-study or tutor-led course receives a certificate of completion.
